ECHO THE BODY MACHINE
Interactive Installation Prototype
As a part of Catch Summer Camp 2019 for curators, artists and sound-technologists I worked together with 3 fellow artists on building an interactive working prototype on a human driven machine.
The concept was to work with a chain of affect and making a machine that was dependent on the presence of a human heartbeat. We wanted to play with the hardness of electronics in micro-controllers, amplifiers and everything wired up, together with the softness of the natural elements such as water, pulse and air.
The installation is a semi-analogue machine creating generative visuals as a representation of your own personal blood-flow.
The installation was a part of a bigger exhibition concerning Technogenesis.
